Where's the real remixes in today music ?

I just think when you hear ther word remix you will always get by your favorite artists just but get let down with just a feature with the same lyrics and beat smh like I said in my last post o guess Iam still stuck in the 90's era when Diddy use revamp the hole song and it was better than original I miss those days they should bring that back every thing is Retro these days why not good quality of music in hiphop and R&B it's easy just to throw a another persons on the song but does it really help just by the name it might but not all the time just a food for thought question just thinking out loud
